Personalized work
Because each Big Reveal is personalized and work begins after purchase, completed and delivered reveals are generally non-refundable.
Cancelling before we start
If you contact us before personalization work has begun, we will review your cancellation or refund request.
If something goes wrong on our side
If The Big Reveal cannot fulfill an order because of a technical or service issue on our side, you will receive an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or a refund.
Details entered incorrectly
If there is an error in the reveal caused by information entered incorrectly at checkout, corrections may be handled case-by-case. Just reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
